TinyTakes ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application and website.
TinyTakes uses on-device machine learning to detect actions in your little one's photos and videos. All video analysis and processing happens entirely on your device. Your media is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud service. No internet connection is required for video processing.
Through the App: TinyTakes does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data from the app. Your videos, photos, and highlight reels remain on your device and under your control.

TinyTakes requests access to your device's photo library so you can select photos and videos for processing and save highlight reels. This access is used only for these purposes. Your media is never transmitted off your device by the app.
Feedback form submissions are stored securely using Google Workspace tools. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
TinyTakes is designed for parents and relatives to capture moments of the children in their lives. The app does not collect any data from children. All video content remains on the device.
TinyTakes includes optional background music tracks sourced from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License. These audio files are stored locally within the app and are not downloaded from external servers. When background music is included in a highlight reel, attribution is displayed on screen and in the generated video. No usage data or listening activity is collected or transmitted.
The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. When you share a highlight reel, it is shared directly from your device using your device's built-in sharing options.
