Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TinyTakes iOS application or website. By using TinyTakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using TinyTakes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
TinyTakes is an iOS application that uses on-device machine learning to detect actions in photos and videos and create highlight reels. All processing occurs on your device.
You retain full ownership of all videos, photos, and highlight reels you create with TinyTakes. The app does not claim any rights to your content. Your media stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
You agree to use TinyTakes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any content you create or share using the app.
TinyTakes, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of TinyTakes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
TinyTakes includes optional background music tracks sourced from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License. These tracks are used as part of the app experience and are not redistributed as standalone files. When background music is included in a highlight reel, attribution is displayed on screen and in the generated video. You may not extract or redistribute the music tracks separately from the app.
TinyTakes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI detection will be perfectly accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyTakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TinyTakes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to TinyTakes at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
